What's good y'all, I'm Marisol...

We offer co-parenting support, DBT groups, and family-centered care in West Seattle and virtually across Washington.

DBT Therapy Seattle: In-person; Virtual Support

The Core of My Work

My practice is rooted in straightforward, relational healing, with a primary focus on family-centered care and parenting therapy. I specialize in Parent-Teen DBT and hold space for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and relationally expansive individuals navigating the chaos of raising kids in systems that weren't built for them. Whether you need structured DBT skills to manage intense family dynamics, support in navigating complex co-parenting boundaries, or a grounded space for individual parenting therapy, my goal is to help you and your family build a resilient, authentic life.

My Clinical Framework

I provide a high-fidelity blend of DBT, mindfulness, and Systems Theory to balance clinical structure with authenticity. Integrated with over 20 years of lived somatic practice, this approach provides the practical tools needed to navigate the chaos of parenting, manage intense family dynamics, and establish stable, authentic family systems. My practice is deepened through the supervision and collaboration of Cory Wilson. Her leadership at Equilibrium Therapy Group informs my commitment to high-standard, justice-centered care. You can learn more about her clinical work and the practice at www.equilibriumtherapygroup.com.

Founded on Collective Care

Healing is a collective process; we do not do this work alone. Built on the foundations of radical acceptance and authentic connection, my practice is dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and relationally expansive adults. Whether you are seeking community and shared learning in a DBT group, navigating the complexities of parenting, or redefining your family dynamics, you will receive grounded, direct, and straightforward care. My goal is to help you reclaim your identity and foster resilience, knowing you are fully supported every step of the way.
